The hotel had an intimate and cozy atmosphere that gave me a feeling of safety and home. the staff had a beautiful disposition toward guests and always went the extra mile to make our stay exceptional. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which was filling and satisfying, and the option to pre, purchase tour tickets. the location was perfect: a mere five minutes' walk from the tourist spots and in a serene, quiet, and peaceful neighborhood, giving us a stress, free environment to relax and enjoy our break.
We didn't like the fact that there are no ramps or elevators, but this was not unique to this hotel; it was a common issue in this kind of building.

This hotel had a very classic and charming touch that made me feel like I was living in the past. The staff were very welcoming, and I loved the huge rooms with high ceilings. I had a very pleasant night's sleep in the comfortable bed, and the wifi was surprisingly good. It was easy to pre-purchase tickets for the nearby tourist attractions at the hotel, and I got to beat the crowds to the famous Salt Cathedral in the morning. The breakfast was also a satisfying treat in the morning, and I could not ask for a better location to explore the area.
The hotel was quite hard to find and was relatively secluded from the city center.

The hotel is a hidden gem with its beautiful antique building filled with stunning artwork and old-fashioned furniture. The staff is gracious, friendly, and extremely helpful, making you feel incredibly welcome throughout your stay. The rooms are spacious with vaulted ceilings and beams, and some even come with a pleasant balcony. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk away from a popular attraction like the Salt Cathedral, allowing you to beat the crowds and fully enjoy your visit.
One small issue was a faint odor in the bathroom, likely a minor construction defect.

The rooms are well-maintained and spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The hotel also offers a good breakfast and coffee, which makes for a nice start to the day. the hotel has free Wi-Fi throughout the property.
The hotel is situated in a secluded area, which can be a bit unsettling at night. , the restaurant on the premises may be closed at night, which means guests may have to venture out for food.
